(Ally)Xiaoli Wang
My name is Ally -Xiaoli Wang and I am a Licensed Psychotherapist. I feel called to this work from a deeper place that is full of personal meaning and purpose. Becoming a mental health professional isn’t an easy career choice on so many levels, and everyone comes to this work from a different place. However, we choose to become mental health professional because it feels like an essential part of our life’s mission. I have over 13 years of experience working as a psychotherapist with a great variety of people who have come to me for help with emotional, relationship, educational, and family issues. Being a psychotherapist, a mental health advocate, a speaker, and a wellness coach.
I specialize in relationship therapy, trauma therapy, marriage therapy, employee assistance, teen issues, and women issues. A single approach to psychotherapy does not always provide the best benefit to the clients. I am trained in different therapeutic models such as CBT, family gestalt, ACT, EMDR, interpersonal, or others. I refer to myself as an integrative therapist.
I adapt my approach to meet the needs of y clients and I focus on results rather than a therapeutic approach. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
I am an open-minded counselor who uses a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to help you achieve your goals for healthy relationships, positive change, healing, and personal growth. I create a safe, supportive space for acceptance, exploration, and opening yourself to possibilities.
